Archie Rose Fancy Molasses Rum Port Barrel the signature of an outstandingAs the tenth release in our Trials & Exceptions series Fancy Molasses Rum 2019 is made from sustainably sourced NSW high test molasses and is one of three early explorations of the impact of raw material on rum character. As an ingredient, fancy molasses is condensed from the pure juice of the sugar cane, and is the lightest and sweetest of the different types of molasses, thereby earning its place as the name of this new limited edition rum. Fancy
